As all shoes are sold on a consignment basis, returns cannot be made. However, there are certain circumstances which can warrant a refund.
All our goods are 100% authentic. If any item which has passed our detailed authentication checks is deemed unauthentic, we will provide you with a full refund!

All orders are fulfilled through Australia Post.
- Free express shipping for all orders over $350
- All orders under will be charged a $10 - 15 shipping fee dependent on item size
Expected delivery times for express shipping:
- NSW/QLD 1 - 2 business days
- VIC 1 - 2 business days
- SA 1 - 3 business days
- WA 2 - 3 business days
For standard shipping it will range from 3 - 6 business days across all states.
Internationally we mainly ship to New Zealand through Australia Post.
Expected delivery times:
- Express 5 - 10 business days
- Standard 7 - 14 business days

For orders placed on a weekday, please allow 24 hours for it to be processed.
